Like Southern Contracts, UK Docks is a family owned and operated business. They were established in 1992 and now proudly deliver a wide range of services to the maritime sector. Based in the North East of England, UK Docks work across the globe delivering vessel maintenance repair and refit, in-service support, vessel upgrades and modifications, vessel conversions, ship life extension programs, technical and logistical support and comprehensive data management services.

Today they enjoy an excellent reputation and are well respected across the industry by combining the expertise and experience of its staff.

The destination for these Centres is HMS Medway (P223), the second of five Royal Navy River Class offshore patrol vessels. HMS Medway has been resident in the Caribbean as the Royal Navy’s permanent presence in the region, since the beginning of 2020.

She provides support to Britain’s overseas territories in the region, acting as a reassuring presence, providing support and humanitarian aid , and working side-by-side with regional law enforcement, helping to stop the flow of illegal drugs from South America to Europe and North America.
