Last week saw delivery of a new #Rational iCombi Classic #CombiOven to Irish Continental Group’s ferry, the #MV Ulysses.

The equipment supplied for Ulysses was a Rational iCombi Classic Combi Oven 10-1/1 x 2. It is designed with an Intelligent, connectable cooking system with operating modes poultry, meat, fish, egg dishes/desserts, side dishes/vegetables, baked goods and finishing as well as the cooking methods roasting, cooking, baking and grilling.
With a huge capacity it has the following features:
Combi-steamer in accordance with DIN 18866 (in manual mode).
For most cooking processes used in commercial kitchens.
