Renowned marine galley and laundry specialists, Southern Contracts, have concluded work onboard another huge motor yacht.

Sailing under the UK flag, this eye catching British Pleasure Craft is a state of the art vessel, measuring 23 metres and is finished in stealth black with a very sleek and sexy appearance.

Southern Contracts were approached to carry a reactivation and refit of the galley over two days but following the site safety survey, once the new appliances arrived, they had to first be dismantled.

Adam Elphinstone, MD of Southern Contracts said: “This was a challenging project due to the nature of the very narrow stairwell.  We had to take the appliances apart to get them onboard and then reassemble when they were in position and as there were (and still are) delays in getting stainless steel into the country, we had to have the washing machine wrapped to look like stainless steel in order to preserve the aesthetics of the galley.

“We love a challenge!” he added.
