This week we’ve supplied a Rational iCombi Classic to Entier Ltd based in Scotland.

The #marinespecification oven is for the vessel Seven Pegasus, which is a DP3 multi-purpose offshore construction and dive support vessel, boasting:

Accommodation for 131 persons

Active heave compensated 400t crane

Interactive roll reduction system

Twin-bell 18-person saturation diving system rated to 300m – including two hyperbaric lifeboats

The iCombi is ideal for most cooking methods used in commercial kitchens and provides for the optional use of steam and convection, individually, successively or together.
