Homewest House, in Westbourne is now the proud new owner of a Miele Professional #WEA125 washing machine.
Built by @mccarthyandstone in 1987, this retirement living development is situated within the pretty area of Westbourne to the west of Bournemouth, and consists of 32 flats with communal facilities: a house manager and 24 hour emergency Careline system, lift, residents’ lounge, communal laundry, guest facilities and garden.
Homewest House is maintained and managed by FirstPort who understand the importance of maintaining developments that meet their evolving needs, providing independence, a strong sense of community and long-term security.
By working closely with developers, freeholders, leaseholders, and residents, @firstport_uk ensures that later living developments are well-maintained, supportive, and comfortable. They also install and maintain assistive technologies designed to promote independence and improve day-to-day living with the objective of making every later living community a safe and enjoyable place to live.
We’re delighted to work with Firstport, who are members of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers @ARHM, and are committed to raising standards and driving continuous improvement in the later living sector – and #SouthernContracts are more than happy to support them in that role!
We thank FirstPort for their custom and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship going forwards.
