Baking and Roasting Oven, 2 Decks, Prover and Open Cabinet

This baking and roasting oven has two oven sections, a prover and a lower open GN 2/1 cabinet. Each oven section has individually controlled upper and lower thermostat that can be adjustable from 50 to 360° C. The dimension of the chamber of each oven is 550x660x290mm. The temperature of the prover is adjustable from 30° to 110° C.

The oven comes with heavy-duty grill rack, suitable for baking and roasting. Baking trays are available as accessories.

Stainless steel SUS304 exterior.
Top and bottom thermostats.
Insulated on all six sides with high-grade material.
Each deck is for one GN 2/1 standard baking tray.
Maintenance and repair are carried out from the front.
IP44 protection grade.
