Bread Slicer, Automatic

An automatic tabletop slicer with S/S blades, ergonomic front-loading and a capacity of up to 250 loaves per hour.

The slicer has an automatic cutting cycle for simplicity in use and optimum time management. The continuous automated control system slices loaves according to their consistency. This allows open-textured, crusty and dense bread to be sliced with equal efficiency. A removable crumb collector (7 litres) made of light-weight material and is accessible from the front. Flaps hold the loaf together for more comfortable handling at the exit of the slicer.

Slice thickness 11mm. Optional slice thickness, between 9-18mm, must be confirmed upon order.
