Griddle, Smooth, 400mm

Smooth cooking griddle with a surface in brushed chrome that is highly resistant to scratches and facilitates cleaning operations at the end of the day. The top can be mounted on open base cupboards, bridging supports or cantilever systems. A large drain hole on cooking surface permits the draining of fat into large collector placed under the cooking surface.

The model has electric elements in incoloy positioned under the cooking plate. The design of the control knob system guarantees against water infiltration, and the temperature can be set from 120° up to 280°C.
The griddle has high stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of cooking surface. These splash guards can be easily removed for cleaning and are dishwasher-safe.
