Ryszard (Rick) Kozlowski – Southern Contracts – attended SVRN on multiple occasions resolved the multiple repeat defects that had plagued SVRNs domestic – laundry equipment over the past year. On identification of the defects he ordered and re-arranged to return when the parts arrived on time as informed and as such SVRNs systems have operated correctly since. Rick deserves a positive recommend and we thank him for the support throughout the recovery work on SVRN and if any further issues experienced would certainly welcome his return.
