We’ve installed a Foster Blast Chiller at the beautiful Careys Manor nestled in the New Forest.

The Blast Chiller features energy efficient hydrocarbon refrigeration, with an hygienic stainless steel finish and has both hard and soft chill programming options. It has 75mm shelf spacing to maximise capacity.

It was a pleasure to work in such a calm and peaceful place and it was hard to drag our team away!
