Bread Slicer, Semi-automatic

A semi-automatic tabletop slicer with S/S blades, ergonomic front-loading and a capacity of up to 200 loaves per hour.

The slicer has a progressive traction lever that provides better control of the effort. A removable crumb collector (7 litres) made of light-weight material and is accessible from the front. Flaps hold the loaf together for more comfortable handling at the exit of the slicer.

Slice thickness 11mm. Optional slice thickness, between 9-18mm, must be confirmed upon order.
